'Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...

'A clean, efficient unit, much like a small apartment. Has a stove top, microwave and small kitchen to prepare simple meals or heat up things. About a 10min walk to the train station and a short wall to a bus stop and family mart. It is a walk up so you will need to climb stairs to your unit. The bathroom is like new and the bed is comfortable. '

'The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response...
