'Location right to the beach, its a bit older hotel and lunch/dinner could be better'

'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. Hotel meals in the evening are ok and also good prized. The room was nice and spacious. Not all was clean though incl a dark stain in a sheet. Nice pool with beds. Our checkout...

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'The place is only a couple minute walk to Samara Beach and about a 4 minute drive to Carillo Beach. Both are fantastic! 'Alles klopt: prachtig gebouw en tuin gelegen op enkele honderden meters van het strand midden in de jungle; uitstekende service. Echt een tophotel in het topsegment. De weg er naar toe is helaas nog niet gemakkelijk voor de auto en de inzittenden.'

'The breakfast menu was delicious. The best part of breakfast was the cofee machine. The only negative was that the check in process was a bit chaotic. Everything else was amazing!'
