'The stay in the stables is poor, even for a low-budget version of the castle. The rooms are very noisy, not only noises from the guests next door (even if they do it quietly) but also from the noisy staff who start preparing breakfast at just after 6:00 am. Lots of loud talking and the radio on. The breakfast itself is good, but the breakfast location (the stable) is cold, (coincidentally?) the heating is partly defective, especially when the stable doors open on both sides because guests also...

'This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, far enough from the city, making it quiet and peaceful at night. But close enough for just a short drive to the supermarkets. We even saw yellow eyed penguins on a beach less than 15min away from here. Beautiful view on the ocean from inside too! The property was very tidy and absolutely spotless, with modern interior and nice decorations. The next time we go to Dunedin, we are hoping that we can stay here again :)'

'This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe. '
