'The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Only thing was our keys stopped working in the middle of the night, however the front desk was happy to fix the issue immediately.'

'Breakfast not wonderful.'

'Pros: Excellent location near plenty of restaurants and the mall. First two nights were decent. Cons: Very poor breakfast options (waffles, instant grits, packaged snacks, cereal, toast), terrible noise on the final night (sounded like heavy appliances being dragged down the stairs), and weak, lukewarm shower water pressure'

'I love staying here. I come to Birmingham often for work and always stay here. The front desk is friendly, the area is safe and has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.'

'No thanks'

'This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much...

'Great location - reasonablely priced - excellent dinner resturants very close by.'

'Very lovely property with nice sized and clean rooms. Check out was noon, which is also a nice luxury. Staff were friendly, but slightly reserved. Location was excellent for us as we were golfing the Robert Trent Jones Trail courses at Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley - both only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel was right next to a commercial area, so several nice restaurants and shoppes were within a 5 minute walk.'

'There was a beeping noise outside the room the whole night. Like an empty fire alarm. Drove me crazy. Went to the front desk, but all they said was we can’t help it now. Other than that hotel is okay'

'For the price we paid they failed to clean the room , refresh the towels and we even ran out of soap in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning was super loud and woke us up all night long every time it clicked on. Finally, there must have been mold in the a/c or somewhere because my son woke up stuffed up, sneezy with sinus trouble.'

'No issues at all'

'Great experience!'
