'Great choice for exploring Yorkshire Three Peaks & Settle to Carlisle Railway. Spacious, well-equipped cottage in quiet location with excellent accommodation for living and sleeping. Attractive small garden for relaxing after our days walking in heatwave conditions. Could not find any property information pack nor operate Bose music system. No instructions for used bedding or bins. Would it be too much trouble to provide one ~20p dishwasher tab per day?'

'What gem of a place , for a solo traveller looking for an overnight stay this was brilliant. Lovely room , great break fast and a s great price .'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vlotte bediening, comfortabele kamer, goede keuken'

'I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.'

'Kind and helpful staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful garden behind the property. Excellent breakfast.'

'Everything was fine really. Just the carpets were very old and stained. Great breakfast and dinner was nice. Beds need a little upgrade.'

'Mooie kamer maar niemand gezien van personeel of wat dan ook. Comfortabel maar vrij onpersoonlijk. Verder gewoon goed hoor, niks op aan te merken. Logging in fantastisch'

'Prima hotel midden in het plaatsje. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Alleen het eten in het restaurant viel helaas nogal tegen.'

'Great location, friendly owner and house keeper, well maintained with a cosy homely feel. The kitchen was well equiped for self catering and the home was kept warm for our autumnal stay. Towels were provided as were gowns and slippers which were a thoughtful addition for the use of the hot tub. A much appreciated basket of goodies greeted us on arrival. Would happily return.'

'Cosy cottage, comfy beds, large fluffy towels, good heating, easy to control. Kitchen well stocked, utensils that worked( knives sharp, plenty of pots and pans) Great location for exploring the Yorkshire countryside, nice walk into Askrigg which has nice pubs, food, artisan shop. Owners responded to queries quickly . Note to tall people, watch your head on upstairs bathroom ( I am 150cm and banged my head). This added character to the cottage.'

'Great location and good menu choice at reasonable price. Room dated and lacked basics, also a bit dusty. We were told we couldn't have breakfast as we hadn't ore ordered, I'm sure they could have managed something for us. Ok stay but wouldn't rush back'

'Great location for our short Dales walking holiday. Within a short walk from Settle station which gave us access to the 3 Peaks from Horton in Ribblesdale and Ribblehead.'

'Loved this cottage. Great reception gifts.si cozy and everything we needed was provided. Beautiful walks and countryside.'

'Used for 14 guests, rooms and showers very clean, kitchen not the cleanest but was ok, some of the cookware in need of replacement, tho the spacing of the 3 cookers bemused me, (I did over 3 miles in the kitchen alone on the Saturday). The pool table was a bit of a disappointment, cues with no tips and very dirty cloth, maybe worth getting new cloth and then charging for damage, as easy to spot. Luckily weather was great so we sat outside, but would have been nice to have a tournament. Overall...
