'Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...

'No hair dryer in the room, asked at Front Desk and their response was only that some rooms have them, some don't. Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made.'

'The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained...

'My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!'

'The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all.'

'The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly.'
