Appartementen in Pellio Intelvi

'The apartment was clean, comfortable & well equiped. Machno kindly got in some groceries for when we arrived. It is a great location...quiet, safe & good bus connections. Plenty of free parking close by. Recommend.'

'The staff was super helpful with reservations, ideas for local attractions, etc.'

'This penthouse flat featuring unobstructed views of Lake Como was absolutely amazing! The village of Colonno is small (population around 500) and very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is right along the starting point of the Como Greenway trail. The ferry stop is steps from the unit making it super convenient if like us you opt against a car. Bar Locanda is also steps away. We dined there every night we were there. Staff is super welcome. Marco is a fabulous host! Ciao! Grazie!'

'View and actual size of the property. Very comfortable. '

'Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to...

'Great location, clean, and plenty of space for a family of four with a 13 year old and an 11 year old.'

'Reception by and communication via Whatsapp with Raffaella was great. Superclean large apartment and the covered balcony with beautiful lakeview is top (even in the rain). Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself is there. Only minus: from the house to the carpark is a heavy climb of 200 meters. The plus: you loose the calories of at least 1 glass of white wine for every trip:)'

'Perfect location, apartment has all the things you need. Views are spectacular from the garden. Where you can relax. The hosts will help you to make your stay as pleasant as possible.'
