  • Villa Madelise is een nieuwe exclusieve, moderne woning met 3 slaapkamers gelegen in een privé-doodlopende straat met 12 villa's in het pittoreske dorpje Peyia. De villa ligt op een eigen terrein met een privézwembad (8x4m) met Romeinse treden voor gemakkelijke / veilige toegang, grote omliggende betegelde ruimte om te zonnebaden. Ingericht naar een extreem hoge standaard boven zijn er 3 grote slaapkamers allemaal met balkon en uitzicht op zee, en-suite met de master bedroom De woonkamer bestaat uit een grote aparte goed uitgeruste keuken en ontbijtruimte inclusief vaatwasser, wasmachine De open zitplaatsen gebied biedt plaats aan 6/8 comfortabel heeft openslaande deuren naar zwembad en aangrenzende garderobe en inloopdouche. Het hoge niveau van meubels gaat verder, inclusief gratis 12 MB Wi-Fi, satelliet-tv 70 Britse kanalen (inclusief sport), dvd en PS3. De hele villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning. Alles is in het werk gesteld om uw verblijf hier echt ontspannen te maken, zoals gratis champagne en welkomstpakket bij aankomst.

Wow what a stunning villa in a lovely quiet area. The villa was spotless on arrival and the owners have thought of everything. Views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful and you can see the sea! Pool area was lovely. Communication with the host has been excellent and gave us loads of info for the surrounding area. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise that we were not expecting. The villa is only a short distance from coral bay in a car but would not advise to walk it! Would really recommend the villa and hopefully if we return would defo hire it again. We were in Cyprus for a wedding and we got to know a lot of taxi drivers, they are really lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Madelise.The villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Excellent value for money! Although this villa is a taxi ride to Coral Bay Strip/Beach we really enjoyed being closer to the village centre and there are some incredible restaurants a 15 minute walk up hill into Peyia village. Also a fantastic bakery, small supermarket, bars and take away 10 minute walk. We managed without a car and used taxis which were always reliable. Mike was easily contactable to help with suggestions and checking in with us to make sure we were all okay. A truly home from home experience and this was certainly our favourite villa to date! Thanks Mike for a wonderful stay

Great place beautifully presented pool was fabulous would recommend to stay brilliant for all amenities and restaurants great bakery up the road by haris bar great for snacks and Sunday lunch and other meals

Super holiday

Had the best ten days holiday here the villa is great clean and tidy the host mike was great from start to finish of are stay and the pool is what made the holiday with the hottest summer cyprus as had in years will definitely be coming back

Really lovely to be back in Villa Madelaise. It is a really well appointed villa in a great location. Ate in the Grande, Getonia, Peyia Tavern. Highly recommend all of these.

Great villa

Nice 3 bedroom villa in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in a nice area. Restaurants/cafes close enough to walk to. Within easy reach of Coral Bay. Large supermarket close by too which is very handy. Bakery within walking distance.

Everything we needed!

Villa Madelise had everything we needed for our stay and was ideally located for Peyia itself and only slighted further away for Coral Bay. A car is definitely needed to get around and explore the area. Great communication with Mike, the owner.

Excellent communication from Mike who was very helpful the whole way thought. Also recommend a local car hire company who provided an excellent service. Would recommend if you are looking for a place that’s a little way out from the busy parts. Thanks again.

Perfect villa to relax

The villa was perfect for our needs. We had four adults and one teen staying for a week and found that there was plenty of space for all of us. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, close enough to several restaurants, bars and shops for essentials. It is fully equipped for everything that you would need plus plenty of books, games etc to make use of. The private pool was ideal for relaxing around too. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at hand when needed, we hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Villa Madelise stay June 2023

The communication from the owner Mike was fantastic, really helpful and accommodating. The villa itself is very nice, fully air conditioned with English TV stations available to view on a large screen TV. The pool was lovely and very well kept. We did have a hire car, which I believe is necessary when staying here, although there are local amenities within walking distance. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

Villa Madelise

This is a lovely villa with everything you need for a family stay. The living area is spacious with enough space for the whole family. The tv was perfect with every channel you’d want. The villa has a great outdoor area with bbq, sun loungers table and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all mod cons, washing machine, diishwasher, microwave, even a water chiller. Air conditioned throughout. An excellent villa to soak up the sun.
