Nice, fully equiped apartment
I only can recommend this aparment. It is fully equipped with everything you can need for your comfortable stay. The pictures here are exectly the same as in real. Nice bonus is the hot tube. Due to high temperatures outside we didn't use it much. Car definitely needed. Coral Bay beach approx. 10 minutes by car.

1st class apartment!
Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you require for self catering holiday. We were exceptionally pleased with the American fridge freezer which delivered all the ice we required and filtered water too. A very spacious terrace with excellent outdoor furniture and areas to shade from the very hot sun. The hot tub was a lovely extra to enjoy in the evenings. The pool although small was adequate for us both to cool down and we had it to ourselves for most of the 2 weeks. Excellent communication from the owners. Will definitely go back.

Hot tub Bliss
Apartment was absolutely immaculate. We had a couple of very minor issues which were dealt with extremely quickly. Everything and more is offered and at your disposal in the apartment. Fridge with constant ice and water was a massive plus. Air conditioning worked perfectly and ceiling fans were all you needed after short burst from air con. We spent entire time outside on massive balcony. It was like having a roof terrace all to ourselves. Hot tub (or cold tub as we used it) was fabulous. Apartment is a short walk to bars and restaurants but is all uphill although an easy walk back as gravity takes you all the way home A car definitely recommended. Although the local supermarket will deliver your shopping and you home for free. We had a car and yes the parking space is a bit tight but you get used to it. I would 100% recommend apartment to anyone. Communication with owners before and during stay were first class and answered in a very timely fashion. If you fancy going then dont hesitate as you definitely wont be disappointed

Wir haben einen wunderschönen,erholsamen Urlaub dort verbracht.Tolle Wohnung sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem herrlichn Ausblick,man muss allerdings ein Auto haben.Sonst war alles perfekt.

Quiet area - why go to limassol?
Property was well equipped and clean, ice dispensing freezer was used a lot. We found it too much trouble to park our mazda 323 in the allocated space so we left it in the road outside. Balcony and view were amazing and only 5 minute easy drive to coral bay beach. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will hopefully return. Constructive criticisms (and we're smiling when we write this)would be instructions to use the induction hob (we're gas people) And how to turn the washing machine on, that's all we can think of - just book it and enjoy yourselves!

The undercover parking can be tricky, the knack is you have to come in at a bit of an angle, it took me a couple of attempts in our HRV to get knack of it. But as you know there is plenty of parking just outside. I smiled about hob as it looks complicated but it isn’t once you know how, and all appliance instructions are in drawer below cooker 😂 Maybe I need to put on emails that I send out with directions etc Best Regards Annette

Great location and view, but lacking cleanliness
The apartment has a big terrace with a wonderful view and the fact that it also offers a jaccuzi made us opt for it. However, we were very unpleasantly surprised by the lack of cleanliness. The bedsheets had obviously been used before and were stained. The cupboards and drawers in the kitchen as well as the kitchen utensils were very dusty. We even found dead bugs inside one of the cupboards and had the overall impression that no one had really cared about making sure that the apartment was clean and ready for new guests. The emails we received from the owner several days before our arrival were helpful, but also kind of confusing e.g. the directions to the apartment. Sharing the apartment‘s location via google maps would have made it so much easier to find. Nevertheless, Annette was a good host an always very quick to respond to our questions via email. To conclude, after washing the bedsheets and kitchen utensils ourselves, we focused on the positive features the apartment had to offer and had a pleasant stay.

I am really sorry To hear this, but a bit surprised as we have never had anyone say it is not clean before. Also we were the last guests in apartment and we spent a couple of weeks putting new pergola up for winter season and new aircon with heating in lounge, also we bought new sheets and stripped the beds before we left. But we will take this up with our cleaner. Best Regards Annette

Beautiful Apartment
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, amazing view down to coral bay. Large balcony with very comfy sunbeds large table and chairs and awning and a lovely hot tub. Everything you require in the kitchen with large fridge with filtered water and ice. There is a shaded parking space but bit tricky if you have a larger car. Plenty space outside of apartment. There is also a small pool but didn't use it. The apartment is in a great location 7 minutes drive to the beach and 12 minute walk uphill to Peyia village which has lovely traditional restaurants and local bars. The communication with Annette is excellent and couldn't ask for more. Will definitely return.

Great Holiday
We spent 11 days at Annette and Bobs property . We could not fault the property everything you would ever need is in the apartment and more . The balcony is so spacious ,and hot tub was nice to chill in at the end of the evening. You definitely need a car to get about , and is quite a hilly walk up to the village , but once up the restaurants cannot be faulted , all lovely , the people are so friendly , especially Stephano in the Jail pub .we drove to paphos central town several times a must to try is the Chinese imperial restaurant , Latchi is definitely worth a visit a lovely harbour nice bars and restaurants coral bay is 5 minutes away by car and has the best beach about ..if your looking for a nice chilled holiday , with a beautiful apartment and stunning scenery Annette and Bobs apartment is the place to go , hoping to be back really soon x

Return visit - and I'd stay again
This was our second visit to Annette's apartment in Peyia. It is clean and comfortable with a large south-facing terrace with spectacular views. An ideal apartment for a couple. The bed is comfortable but *really* could do with a fitted bottom sheet. The air conditioning works well throughout and the hot tub is a great bonus to sit in and watch the lights twinkle in Coral Bay as the sun go down. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves as it is a small apartment block. For those without mobility issues you can walk up the steep hill into the village to take advantage of the numerous tavernas and pubs, otherwise there is a free car park in the centre that you can use. There is a Philippos supermarket in Peyia which sells everything you will need for a self catering stay but we prefer the larger one in Coral Bay which is easier to park at and on the way home from Paphos. We prefer the west side of Cyprus so Peyia is good for access to Latchi and the Akamas peninsula, Paphos and not too far from Limassol, which gives good access to most of the historical sites. We will certainly look to book this apartment again on our next trip to Cyprus.

A lovel week in a great place
Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped and magnificent views. The inside space has everything you could need, but the outside really sold it to me, with its space, outside table, chairs and sun beds, hot tub, views and all day sunshine. Peyia is less than 10 minutes walk with a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants or a 10 minute drive or 10 euro taxi would take you into Coral Bay where there was also a huge supermarket. Thank you Annette and Bob, we will be looking to book again !

Excellent outside space
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Perched on the hillside in Peyia its fantastic terrace has wonderful unobstructed views down to the sea. The quality of the outdoor furniture is far better than most and size of the space is very versatile so you can position the table and recliners as you wish. The hot tub was wonderful to sit in as the sun set over the coast! The block only has 6 properties and we had the pool to ourselves the entire week. The parking space is a little tight but there is plenty of space outside the block where we left the car each night without any problem. Peyia has a great supermarket and plenty of good restaurants. You can walk to these but it is up a steep hill so not for those with mobility issues, however there is parking in the centre. Annette was great to communicate with and made it very easy with timely and plentiful information. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Fabulous Place
After getting lost and phoning owners, who were fantastic in guiding us to the property my grandson falling over and hurting his knee Waking up the neighbours at 1.30am!!! We arrived !! Lovely apartment and the view is spectacular! We very much enjoyed our stay, we had the pool to ourselves all week too. I have nothing but excellent feedback. Right from the very beginning of the booking process, Annette responded quickly and answered all my questions (even the stupid ones).She facilitated a late check out for me and the instructions with regard to directions and useful information provided beforehand was accurate and really helpful (especially as I was a sole traveller) which took the anxiety out of the unexpected. I found the apartment with no problem and was extremely happy when I opened the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly as depicted from the description and photographs. The facilities within the apartment were great from the cold filtered water and ice maker to how comfy the bed was. The hot tub, sunbeds and view are exceptional and the apartment is perfectly located-being in a quiet area but within 5-10 minutes walk of everything I could possibly need. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Annette and Bob.

Cet appartement ne manque de rien et est très pratique à vivre. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons peu profité du spa car il faisait déjà très chaud dehors mais à une autre période, certainement est-il plaisant. La piscine est petite mais suffisante pour une résidence proche de la plage. En revanche, la voiture est indispensable pour bouger. Petit désagrément: en tant que Français nous avons dû payer une commission assez importante lors de la transaction.

Highly recommended
A lovely apartment in a nice quiet area of Peyia with excellent views and a large balcony. As we arrived very late we found Annette’s directions really useful. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and has all the appliances you need. You get the sun all day so it’s great if you want to relax and sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers that are provided and the awnings are great if you want a bit of shade. The side by side fridge freezer provides instant ice and filtered cold water to cool you down. We have stayed in a few different apartments in Peyia and this apartment has the comfiest beds by far. If you do get any problems Annette’s local management, John and Mary, are on hand to quickly help you. Due to the size of our hire car we couldn’t really park in the allocated space but a small car would be okay. There was plenty of on road parking so it wasn’t a problem. We were here for 3 weeks and it really felt like a home from home, we had a fabulous time here and would definitely like to return again in the future.

Relaxing stay in Peyia
Instructions from the owners on how to get to the apartment were much appreciated as we arrived really late. The apartment has everything you need to have a lovely, comfortable stay. It’s also located up in the hills, so the breeze is lovely on roasting hot days. The awnings are a really lovely touch, as you can cover the hot tub and get some shade, the kids loved this. Other lovely inclusions are beach towels (we brought our own, but could’ve saved space), a cool box for trips out and the fridge which gives ice and cold water. We enjoyed our stay and loved the area too.

The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed . Fantastic views
The apartment is located in a very quiet area near Peyia Village - within walking distance. The village has a supermarket and many pubs and places to eat. The apartment is on the second floor and has excellent sea views. The balcony is huge - plenty of room to sunbathe, dining outside and using the hottub. We stayed during December and luckily we had days where we were able to sunbathe and just relax. My husband and I had a lovely holiday and would recommend staying here. We hired a car but you can catch a bus from the village if required. There is plenty of parking outside the apartment, although there is an allocated parking space under the apartments. We found it a tight squeeze with the car we hired (ford focus saloon sized car) but there would be ample room for a Kia Picanto sized car. The apartment is a good size and will easily accommodate four adults comfortably. There isn't a lift so not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. The booking process was very easy. Annette was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I asked. Thank you Annette and Bob for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Highly Recommended
Lovely apartment everything you need, fridge an added bonus with ice always available. Excellent views from the balcony and enjoyed the sun all day, will love to come back in the summer months to enjoy this even more and also have a dip in the pool. Location brilliant for walking down to the local shops or bars, we had a car so could explore other areas of the island but this is not required. Can't wait for another visit.

This is our second visit to Peyia View Apartments so we knew we were in for a good time. The views from this apartment are magnificent and it is very comfortable. It is set in a village which has all our needs and is close (5minute drive)to the sea . It comes highly recommended and we will certainly be looking to return for a third visit.

Perfect location, quiet, amazing views, comfortable and very relaxing
Fantastic apartment, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. The views from the spacious balcony are fantastic and the hot tub was a welcome break from the hot weather during the day. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were off to the beach most days, although when we did we were the only ones there! Very quiet location yet only a few mins drive or walk to the nearest pub and a few minutes extra drive and your down in Coral Bay itself. Overall an amazing place to stay for a relaxing time. We had a fantastic week in Cyprus, weather was amazing and we will certainly be back again! Thank you

Excellent value for money
Communication from my first enquiry, during and after booking, with Annette was excellent. Her replies to my queries were promptly answered and the information most helpful. Excellent instructions meant the apartment was easily found, despite arriving in the dark at 10PM. The apartment was as described. Excellent value for money. American style fridge freezer was a real treat, with a constant supply of ice and chilled water. The views day and night were amazing from the large well equipped balcony, with the added bonus of a hot tub. Undercover parking meant a cool comfortable car at the start of days out. Plenty of places to eat, all within an easy stroll. Everywhere we ate in Peyia we had excellent food and service. Our favourites were Cousins, The Grande, Savvas Grill and The Old Cinema. Didn't eat at The Mediterranean after seeing numerous cats roaming freely in and out of the kitchen, on several different occasions. Would recommend the apartment, and would use again should we visit the area in the future.

The restaurants are all excellent, I agree with you not to eat at Mediterranean, which is a shame as it looks a pretty place. Wonderful views
The views from the very large and extremely sunny balcony are fabulous. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential cul de sac with stunning views to the front and rear. We hired a car which I believe is necessary to make the most of your stay. The local village can cater for your day to day needs and is about a 15 minute, up hill, walk. There are also a nice pub, the Jail, serving nice cold Keo beer. We ate at the Grande one evening but mostly cooked in the apartment. We found that most eateries catered for the English tourists tastes therefore we were disappointed at the lack of traditional Cyprian food generally. We had a fabulous ten day break in Peyia and I would strongly recommend a visit.

Beautiful apartment with stunning balcony & views
Lovely 2 bed apartmentt in Peyia. Easy to find but would recommend a car so you can really see Cyprus. Everything you need is included and the fridge and cold water & ice to die for. Believe me it got plenty of use on days we chilled on the sunny balcony. Would not hesitate to come back here and will be mentioning to all my friends back home too.

Well equipped property in a great location.
We spent a fantastic weekend in this property. Annette sent us excellent directions as it was a little tricky to find in the dark on our arrival. The views are fantastic from the very spacious, well equiped balcony for 4 people including dining, loungers and a hot tub. Lovely refreshing pool just below. Once in Peyia you would not need a car if your looking for a relaxing holiday, as everything you need is in walking distance. Great choice of bars and restaurants. Ideal based for touring the island. Fantastic sunset from Latchi about 30 mins drive. Beautiful beaches also short drive away. All in all a perfect holiday. Would definitely recommend and revisit. Many thanks for letting us stay.

Lovely apartment. Peaceful location with lovely views.
Enjoyed our stay and loved Cyprus. Coral Bay nearest beach with a great little beach. Apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting in hot tub watching sunset. Happy to recommend the apartment and location.

An enjoyable stay. Apartment is as described. Plumbing is less than perfect if hot water is required, this may not be a problem in warmer season but is important for January stays. Most of the Restaurants are closed for the season.

Thank you for your review. The immersion heater does need to be put on in winter when it is cloudy as water is heated by solar panels. I am sorry that you found a lot of restaurants were closed but it is their quiet season. We usually find plenty still open in low season though. We hope you will try us again Best regards Annette

Excellent location and views
This is the 1st time we have used this type of accommodation and certainly won't be the last especially at this apartment.everthing that was required to make an enjoyable holiday is here,from the fantastic fridge/freezer, pool and hot tub to all the useful items that are needed to make life chilled and relaxed whilst on holiday.All the info that was sent by Annette wether it be directions,good beaches,places to eat,local activities and many other things which I could mention were very useful.I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an enjoyable holiday,we had 2 children to keep amused and that was no problem whatsoever. I would like to thank Bob and Annette immensely for the use of their property and making this 1 of the best holidays ever- just wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic apartment!!
We were really impressed with the apartment. It was very clean and well equipped -fridge with ice maker an added bonus. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of shade (when required) and the hot tub was absolutely fantastic! The apartment has lovely views and was very quiet but only a 5 min walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants are. The best apartment we have ever stayed at and would definitely stay there again.
