Unwind and recharge at the Pegasus Bay Retreat, a modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse designed with both comfort and relaxation in mind. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Pegasus, it’s just a short stroll to the lake, Pegasus golf course, walking trails and local cafés and restaurants, making it the ideal base for a peaceful getaway or an active escape.



Inside, the home is light-filled and stylish, featuring open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate kitchenette, and thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless. Step outside to your private wellness haven, where you can move between the infrared sauna, ice bath, and spa pool—the perfect way to restore and rejuvenate after a day of exploring.



Offering a space where you can truly slow down and unwind. Enjoy nearby activities such as swimming or fishing in the Waimakariri River, visiting the Friday morning farmers’ markets, or exploring some of New Zealand’s best wineries - all while staying just a 30-minute drive from Christchurch International Airport.

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
