« Tv didn’t work. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was bare bones one fruit of each variety. The elevator was broken. The room I reserved wasn’t cleaned so they had to give me ones with a smaller bed. I was exhausted from driving all day so just slept and left. »

« I absolutely love this place. Every time I go visit Pecos it always been a pleasure staying there. Any issue I have ever had has been resolved immediately by the lovely lady who runs the front desk usually. She is an absolute delight. They clean the room every day if you’d like when you step out of the hotel for while. I usually ask for a do not disturb sign because I prefer for them to clean it once I leave and they absolutely respect the sign and do not go into the room. My only complaint I...

« There was NO hot water and the bread for breakfast had mold on it. The guy at the desk told me “I should have mentioned that we didn’t have hot water before you booked”….. »

« This hotel, it turns out, had only been open to guests 1 day. They were not prepared. Ssud they had no luggage carts. Workers still onsite painting. No exterior lights Staff was very apologetic, but offered no remedies. »
