'We absolutely love this lodge, its amazing, friendly clean. I love the rustic atmosphere, there is nothing like it its open always, any time of year! Beautiful lodge Beautiful views. Tons of hiking. Also to the hot springs is a short drive and a hike. If you have never been you should go!'

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. 'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'
