Villa's in Pays de Chantonnay

'The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!'

'Our stay near la Tessouale was great! Checking in was good, but we quickly saw that the advertised 7 rooms are really 4 rooms, a vide ("inhouse balcony") and a lower portion of the living room with a sleeping couch. For our party of 10 including 3 kids and a baby it was okay, but for a larger party this could be problematic. One room has a double bed and another "room" with 4 beds behind a curtain (more of a family room) and the vide can only be reached with a staircase that is unsuitable for...

'Beautiful house in great location. Some rooms were very dusty on arrival. Well equipped for 3 families. Sleeping arrangements for ; children very poor as no single beds.Good communication with agent/owner re problems with pool.'
