'Didn’t help at all reached out to them multiple times'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Cleck was excellent and very accommodating. Room was nice. Missed having an elevator didn't take advantage of breakfast but it looked hood'

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!'

'It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.'

'Erg goed hotel op doorreis naar Niagara Falls. Service van nachtportier erg vriendelijk. We kwamen later aan dan verwacht ivm aanrijding met herten die onverwachts de snelweg overstaken. Kamer was gereserveerd en kregen eerst een kop thee om bij te komen. Zeer schoon en erg uigebreid ontbijbuffet (inclusief) beschikbaar. Aanrader!'

'The room floor and bathroom floor were both dirty with debris just swept or mopped into the corners. I didn’t see a wall that didn’t have dead bugs on it.. There were no clean towel services provided. You had to go to the front desk and then only 2 were provided and those were so paper thin you could air dry faster. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and they at least repaired that. Take your own pillows. The ones provided make airline pillows seems luxurious. You can spend the same money...

'The staff is excellent. The front desk attendant went above and beyond. Bethany at the bar was friendly and extremely accommodating.'

'The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.'

'Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.'
