'Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after...

'This is a beautifully decorated, historic home in a quiet neighborhood with many local dining options nearby. La Reserve staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. All the important touches were provided. Many neighbors take pride in decorating with outdoor flower boxes on their homes exteriors. Reminded me of London and Charleston. '

Parking is a severe problem. You have to pay and walk 3 to 4 blocks if you do not use valet, which we prefer not to. We could tolerate the issue if we did not have to pay 25.00 overnight. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd. Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too! We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops...
