Welcome to Casa de los Sueños, your dream escape nestled in a tropical paradise. Located on the edge of a vibrant beach town, this beachfront haven offers the perfect blend of local culture and warm Western hospitality. Just a 10-minute stroll along the sand brings you to the heart of town, where you'll find about six locally owned restaurant/bars, a grocery store, and a surf shop — all eager to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable.

A Setting That Inspires "Pura Vida"

The beach here is wide, serene, and breathtaking — where the jungle begins where the sand ends, creating a landscape teeming with life. It's the essence of Pura Vida — pure life.

With warm weather year-round, days start in swimsuits that we often wear from sunrise to sundown. Morning and evening swims or surf sessions are a daily ritual, especially magical around Christmas when both sunrise and sunset can be seen over the water. With three outdoor showers, most guests never even consider going indoors to rinse off.

Comfort, Space, and Style

Casa de los Sueños is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully laid out for groups or families. Each air-conditioned bedroom features windows that open to let in the ocean breezes. A separate bungalow on the property includes a king-size bed, full bath, efficiency kitchen, and a daybed — perfect for the parents, in-laws, or a fun bunkhouse for the kids.

Tropical Outdoor Living

The pool is always refreshing and surrounded by lush gardens. It uses a unique, chemical-free filtration system — no chlorine here! Right next to it is the BBQ rancho, complete with bar seating. It’s a perfect spot to entertain, cook out, or keep the grill master company.

This place is so much prettier in person. The pics does not do it justice. The people in charge went above and beyond making sure we were happy. If I ever come back we will stay there again.

My family rented this property for a week. The first thing we noticed was the sound of the surf, it's so loud that we thought it was raining the first morning. It was the perfect way to wake up. We ordered a prepared meal our first night. It was prepared and hot by the time we arrived. They had a good variety of food and it was delicious. The view from the house is wonderful, being able to look out the windows and see the beach was exactly what we needed. The kids and the adults alike enjoyed the pool. Macaws, lizards, crabs, and geckos were a common sight. It's an easy and fast drive to Jaco for anything you can get in Esterillos but the Super Sol was pretty inexpensive and had a great variety of options.

Beautifull home, travelled with 7 people 5 adult 2 kids., house has a bunkie in the back which my brother and his girlfriend stayed in while my husband and I, two kids and father in law stayed in the main house.. Our first night there someone entered the property and entered the bunkie and stole my brother camera and sunglasses. The owner and Felipe were amazing and helped out how they could in our eyes they made it right. It was on a saturday where the area was busy. We have no complaints this house and location were one of our favorites possibly our favorite. Thank you so much for you hospitality

We had a great time, the house is in a perfect location to disconnect from the world, the beach is just there across from the street and we had the beach just for us, the house had everything that we needed. Felipe was great, always responded to our message right away and took care of us, he watched the house when we were out all day, thank you Felipe!!!!Couple of suggestion, buy grocery before you get to the house, the little place close to the house is very expensive. Don't leave anything outside when you are not at the house, unfortunately there is not a safe place in this world anymore. Casa de los Sueños is perfect for a nice and relaxing vacation.
