'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. 'Stunning location, beautiful property and surroundings. Our party of 26 extended family members, aged 5 to 82 loved everything about our stay and didn't want to leave! The montepulciano wine tour was a highlight; Fausto's pizzas were delicious. 'Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently'

'The pictures on line do not do justice to this unbelievable property . We had four families and a few friends totaling 27 people . We each had our own apartment and private space even at the pool but when we gathered for dinner , there was enough seating inside and outside to accommodate all of us . Laila graciously recommended Marco to give us a pasta cooking class and we loved him so much , he cooked our final farewell dinner in true Umbrian fashion . 'The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.'
