'On multiple fronts a horrible stay, we stayed here for one night before a flight. When we checked in everything seemed fine. The room, a suite, looked very nice upon first glance. After unpacking and trying the swimming pool (pool was rather cold and the jacuzzi was too hot) we noticed our room had a very loud and unacceptable noise in it. 'I really love the view from our Business Suite room. The staff at the hotel restaurants for breakfast and Epicur were fantastic! Housekeeping was always on point. Could improve on Wi-Fi as it does not work sometimes. Also, music from outside can be heard in the late evening which can be quite bothersome. There is a lovely shop attached to the hotel for gifts & treasures. Also, a fun ā€œchocolateā€ sampling and history is presented each evening. The food is terrific, both morning and evening.
