  • THEA VILLAS bevinden zich in Aghia Irini, op 5 km van de haven van Parikia en
    7 km van de luchthaven.
    Het complex bestaat uit 4 onafhankelijke villa's gebouwd op een heuvel met een panoramisch uitzicht op de zee en de zonsondergang.
    Het zandstrand van Aghia Irini ligt op 200 meter afstand, 5 minuten lopen
    De villa's zijn ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen (> 5 jaar) of een groep vrienden. Ze zijn gebouwd in de minimale en traditionele Cycladische bouwstijl.
    Een mix van moderne en traditionele meubels biedt comfort en ontspanning. De grote veranda's bieden een prachtig uitzicht, terwijl de volledig uitgeruste keuken alle gemakken biedt om te koken.

    De uitrusting omvat: plafondventilatoren in alle ruimtes, tv, wifi, hifi, dvd-speler,
    volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, Nespresso, wasmachine, strijkijzer, haardroger, BBQ.

    Kookservice op aanvraag met een toeslag van € 50 + boodschappen. Kookservice moet bij reservering worden geboekt.
    Er is parkeergelegenheid voor alle villa's. Auto aanbevolen om het huis te bereiken en het eiland te verkennen. Taxiservice moeilijk te boeken tijdens het hoogseizoen. Openbaar vervoer niet handig.

The view was breathtaking and accommodation was very nice. The manager helped us find a car rental and had it delivered to the villa. Very accommodating!

Comfortable and Beautiful

We enjoyed all of the space in this house. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Eating breakfast outside with the gorgeous view was a perfect way to start the day.

Wow!

‘Wow’ was the first impression on entering the villa - everything was as hoped for but in reality it was even better. The location, whilst quite remote, offered sensational views of Anti-Paros & the villa was so spacious that, although 9 in our party, we never felt cramped. The villa was well equipped & provided with every amenity ensuring that a fantastic family holiday was enjoyed by all.

Fabulous Memories

We had a wonderful stay in Paros. The villa was secluded, but not too far from the beaches and towns. After a day at the beach, we would float in the pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and unwind. The pool was very kid friendly with our 7 year old able to stand (but be careful because the area around it gets slick). We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio to finish every perfect day in Paros. The villa was exactly what we needed, however the only complaint would be that some of the rooms did not have AC.

Words can not do the Thea Villas Bleue unit justice, but if I had to use one to describe this unit it would be "stunning". The unit is situated in a pretty remote spot (though a short 10 minute drive to Parikia) and requires you to have a vehicle to get around, but it is totally worth it to enjoy the peace and the views that this unit provides. The outdoor space is huge and incredibly comfortable with both shaded areas and areas where you can take in the sun. The pool is comfortable and situated with an incredible view of the Aegean and Anti Paros. We spent almost all of our time when at the unit enjoying the outdoor space, even well into the night under the stars or playing cards as a family at the outdoor dinner table. This unit also afforded us the best sunsets we saw in Greece and you feel like you are alone in the world watching the sun go down. As far as the unit inside, it was clean and comfortable and exactly as shown in the description. Almost every room has an amazing direct view to the Aegean. The family space was very comfortable and had space for our family of 5 to relax as a group or find space to be alone to enjoy. There were three full bathrooms on the lower level with the bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs the common spaces. The unit made our visit to Paros even better than we expected. We hope to get back to Paros soon, and if we do this property is a must stay for us. Absolutely incredible!

Perfekt

Perfekte Unterkunft mit mega Blick. Ausstattung super sehr guter und schneller Kontakt mit der Verwaltung. Pool wurde gereinigt . Sie brauchen ein Auto um Anbindung zur Straße zu finden. Fussläufig ein mega Strand mit super Taverne. ( Taverna Laris) Höchste Empfehlung!!!! Wir sind Mitte Mai hier gewesen es kann im Sommer natürlich voller sein. Es hatte aber fast alles offen … ich war das 5 te mal auf Paros und bin immer noch begeistert wie vielfältig die Insel ist.

Unbelievable!!

Run, don't walk to rent your stay at this beautiful villa! The home is really unbelievable! Way above our expectations. First of all, Harry met us at the port to take our luggage and some of the guests back to the home, because we couldn't fit them all in the rental car-for free! And he brought us back when we left! The home is one large unit, with four bedrooms and I believe, four bathrooms, one upstairs. Two large bedrooms and two smaller ones. Upstairs living area was gorgeous, sparkling white and clean. Well stocked kitchen and modern appliances. But the highlight of this place is the outside, two levels of comfort and spectacular views of islands and ocean. Many comfortable chairs, tables, and places to sit and just watch the sunset over the ocean. The pool was clean and perfect temp for a dip after sight seeing. Air conditioning throughout the house, but not in two of the bedrooms, luckily did not need it the days we were there. Hit a cool spell. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and blankets. The villa is a little away from any town or city but sooo worth it. Rent a car, driving is not that bad, just watch the curves. There is a resort in walking distance that has a nice dinner and yummy buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. Communication with Harry and Katerina was very good and quick. We had to reschedule due to Covid and they were very accommodating. I would absolutely rent again if/when we return to Paros. Hopefully soon!

Amazing property and hospitality

From the moment we stepped off the plane the hosts were there to greet us, orient us to the area and make us feel at home. We took advantage of the meal option the first night and it was spectacular. The pictures cannot capture all the beauty of this meticulously maintained home.

Exceptionnel !!!

Des vacances de rêve: la maison est spacieuse, agréable et joliment décorée dans l’esprit Cyclades. Nous avons grandement apprécié les différents espaces de repos extérieurs et tout particulièrement la terrasse couverte ! La piscine nous a permis de joyeux moments de détente . La vue est absolument magnifique et les couchers de soleil splendides !!! Les personnes qui s’occupent de la maison sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Et nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster un excellent repas grec préparé par M. Harris.

C est vraiment un immense bonheur de retrouver cette manifique villa. La vue est a couper le souffle. La proprietaire est toujours disponible pour toute question. Le probleme, c est qu on ne veut plus rentrer.

Wonderful location

The house is perfectly located with a wonderful view, proximity of a very nice little beach. The deck is great and offers very nice sunset view. The property manager has also be extremely helpful.

Amazing Views

We loved our stay in this beautiful home right on the coast. The uninterrupted views cannot be understated - simply amazing! The home was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7 people. The main level has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and access to the large decks. There is a shaded eating area outside where we enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal by the owner. On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a washing machine. There are AC's in all of the bedrooms except the bunk bedroom but it has a fan. Because it is on the lower level the rooms naturally stayed cooler. The lower level leads out to more decks and the swimming pool. A car is a must as you are away from towns and restaurants. We loved our 5 day stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Paros.

Wonderful week on the sea

This place was perfect. Spacious and bright with many areas for relaxing both inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ and the uninterrupted views. I would love to return to both Paros and this villa.

Magnifiques vacances a Paros

Nous sommes revenus a Paros, ile que nous avons decouvert l année derniere et que nous adorons. Tout y est facile, les plages sont tres belles et nous pouvons en changer tous les jours. Nous avons relouer cette magnifique villa Théa. Que du bonheur. Cette maison est juste parfaite. Vue hallucinante sur la grande bleue et sur Anti Paros. Couché de soleil quotidien magnifique. Tres bien placée par rapport aux plages et aux grandes villes. La maison est simple mais elle a tout ce qu il faut, il ne manque rien. La proprietaire et les personnes qui s en occupent au quotidien sont adorables et tres disponibles, ils repondent de suite a nos demandes et font le maximum pour notre bien être.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines incroyables dans cette magnifique maison, perchée au dessus de la mer, une vue sublime, couché de soleil tous les soirs. La maison est très pratique, très fonctionnelle, l'emplacement est parfait sur l'ile, très facile pour aller sur n'importe quelle plage de Paros. Katerina a toujours été présente pour répondre a nos questions, nous donner les adresses sympathiques de paros, .... que du bonheur, rien a ajouter

Heaven in Paros

Our family stayed at Katarina's lovely home in Paros. We so enjoyed the home, the well-equipped kitchen and of course the outstanding views. Katarina was responsive in answering all my questions quickly. The house managers Harry and his wife Irene were wonderful with warm hospitality and made themselves very available if needed. We had them cook for us two evenings (extra charge) and that was delicious. We felt very nurtured. We took the ferry and explored a couple nearby islands as well as the towns on the island of Paros. So fun!
