Calypso has its own unique personality. A stylish retreat with spacious fully furnished verandas to gaze out over the Aegean and its amazing sunsets. An exquisite layout, which blends outdoor and indoor areas harmoniously, is exactly what you would expect from a top end luxury villa. Calypso can accommodate up to 11 guests.



Calypsos bedrooms are located on the first level. The master bedroom comprises of a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, 40" TV and direct access to the outdoor area. The second bedroom is comprised of two smaller rooms which can be separated by a room divider door. This bedroom has 2 single beds (could be converted into a double upon request), a sofa-bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor area. The third bedroom features a king size bed, while in the same room there is a fourth bedroom, separated by a divider door, which has a single bed and share a full bathroom in the corridor. All bedrooms share storage space and laundry area.



The Villas are located at the area of ​​Petaloudes & Glysidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2 acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience.



COMMON AREAS



Calypso has a distinctive style and unique personality. The open-plan lounge area is located on the second level and could accommodate up to 8 guests. It is flanked by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6. The lounge area is equipped with a 42" Smart TV and has direct access to Calypso's spacious verandas with amazing views to Antiparos.



They are in a great location providing immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island.



This Villa has it's own plunge pool and also offers a communal, shared pool which is 80m2. There is a large BBQ that is shared by the 6 local Villas in the resort.
