'To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. 'I was checked in on the 1st floor initially and the water temperature was not hot at all. I called to the front desk and they advised to keep it running for 6 minutes it should heat up. It unfortunately did not get hot. I called again to the front desk and the younger gentleman politely moved me to the 2nd floor. Other than that, the stay was nice. Breakfast good!'
