'Host is very responsive and thoughtful with amenities. Condo as described. Walkable to great restaurants and the marina. Beach pass was a major plus. Pool area is excellent and live-in residents were friendly. Building undergoing some construction but did not interfere with our stay.'

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Beachside Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Sand and Surf! From the very start, everything was incredibly smooth—the place was so easy to find, and checking in and out was an absolute breeze. The location couldn't be better; it is literally right across the street from the beach, making it so convenient to just walk over and enjoy the ocean. We had such a fantastic time here and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. We will absolutely stay here again!'

'The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit .'
