'The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. '

'Almost a 10!! I rarely give a 10, but this was a great property, fairly new, so everything was clean and in good condition. Excellent breakfast with some changes every day. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms and beds comfortable. Only downside was the pool wasn’t usable after our first day. '

And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans...

'Property is so run down. Bathtub had been painted and paint was peeling off everywhere. Water in tub didn't drain. Veneer on bathroom door was broken and jagged, furniture looked like it had been through a war and room smelled musty mixed with stale cigarette smell. The one positive was the staff but we would never stay here again!'

'It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

'I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

'the room kinda smelled & the shower water was brown when you turned it on. I had to let the water run for 20 mins until it turned clear.'

'The good: beds were, A/C worked, tv worked, and the replaced towels with clean ones The bad: Underneath beds were filthy, sink faucet was loose, they didn't make the beds( when they replaced the towels ), top door lock was missing. Over all I would stay again.'

'The staff were friendly and welcoming. I frequently travel with my two dogs. This was the first hotel that made an effort to make me feel as if dogs were welcome. The person who checked me in asked me to fill out a card asking for dogs names and gave me a door hanger letting cleaning staff know that dogs were in room. She also gave us a room close to nearest door to pet relief area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!'
