This bright three-bedroom condo in Bear Hollow gives a big group room to spread out, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping for ten. A gas fireplace warms the living room, the kitchen is stocked for real cooking, and the clubhouse is just across the street, so the pool, hot tub, and gym are an easy walk from your door.

THE LIVING ROOM

Two sofas and a recliner circle a 50-inch LG smart TV and a gas fireplace, with room for seven to nine to settle in after a day on the mountain. A queen sleeper sofa gives the group extra sleeping space when you need it.

THE KITCHEN AND DINING

The full kitchen is ready for group meals, with an oven, stove top, griddle, air fryer, crockpot, blender, Keurig and coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, ice maker, and a full set of pots, pans, bakeware, knives, and utensils, plus a two-burner hot plate and a Dutch oven. The dining table seats six to seven, bar seating adds four more, and the bedroom chairs can be moved into the living room if you need extra seats.

GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT

Bedroom 3 has a PlayStation 5 with games, and the entrance hallway bench holds Uno and regular cards, poker chips, chess, backgammon, checkers, Scrabble, Scattergories, Yahtzee, Candy Land, Jenga, Monopoly, and puzzles. LG smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom let you stream your favorites, with Xfinity cable in the living room, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.

Step out to the private patio and fire up the electric grill. Your assigned space is in the covered garage, with street parking available in front of the building.

This is a town with a dog festival called Bark City, an off-leash park called Run-A-Muk, and a restaurant called Blind Dog. You get the idea! Run-A-Muk is right next door, and the home comes ready with dog essentials so there’s less to pack.

Dogs are welcome. Just check in with us before booking so we can approve your furry family members and send a quick agreement. Dog fees (including emotional support animals) are billed separately: $25/night per dog ($100 minimum, capped at $350 per dog), plus a pet departure clean. Ask us about discounted monthly pricing.

If you are traveling with an ADA service animal, simply let us know prior to arrival so our team can prepare the home for your stay.
