Soak and relax in the private 6-person hot tub on the main deck, or head inside to spread out across three distinct living areas: a roaring-fire Great Room, cozy movie den, & private Arcade Loft (feat. Skee-Ball & Ms. Pac-Man). Just 5 minutes to vibrant Main Street’s world-class restaurants, nightlife, and shops, and complete with a gourmet kitchen, this is elevated après-ski luxury at its finest.

Sleeping Arrangements
Rest is essential after a day on the slopes, and we have designed our sleeping spaces for maximum comfort.

The King Suite: A serene escape featuring a plush King bed and en-suite details.

The Queen Room: A relaxing, beautifully appointed room perfect for couples or guests who want a quiet retreat.

The Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or adults, this spacious room features a custom-built "Super Bunk" with a King mattress on the bottom and two partitioned Twin beds on top.

Extra Sleepers: For larger groups, both the Den and Loft offer additional high-quality sleeping options.

Note: Every bed, mattress (Leesa or Helix), sheet (Brooklinen), and blanket is brand new and selected to provide an exceptionally comfortable stay.

Gourmet Kitchen & Outdoor Living
The fully outfitted Chef’s Kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring high-quality cookware, professional knives, premium appliances, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or simple family favorites. Step outside to enjoy fresh mountain air on our two outdoor decks. The lower deck features a private 6-person hot tub, offering the perfect way to soothe sore muscles and enjoy the stars in elevated luxury.

Bathrooms & Parking
The home features 2.5 newly renovated bathrooms with modern cabinetry and granite counters. We also offer free parking, including one covered space and additional parking directly in front of the unit—a rare convenience in Deer Valley.

Spring, Summer & Fall
Deer Valley isn't just for winter. At 8,000 feet, warm-season days are cool and evenings are crisp. Like most homes in Deer Valley, there is no AC, but the mountain breezes keep the home comfortable. Hiking, mountain biking, and scenic walkways start right outside the front door, and Deer Valley’s lift-served mountain biking center is just a short walk away. For Summer rentals: Please note the home has room fans but has no AC. At 8,000 ft it is rarely needed, but sometimes during the summer it gets hot and we need to use the room fans

Loft Entertainment
The Loft is a dedicated fun zone featuring a commercial Skee-Ball machine and a vintage-style Ms. Pac-Man cocktail table loaded with more than 400 classic games, including Galaga, Frogger, and Dig Dug.

Custom Artwork
Our home showcases seven pieces of original artwork curated to enhance the modern mountain feel. Highlights include a large mountain canvas in the entry, a hand-painted pallet wood scene, a vintage illuminated metal star, a graffiti-style ski sign, two hand-cut wood mountain doors created by a local Park City artisan, and a vintage Olympic poster with authentic Deer Valley pins.

Why We Chose This Home
After skiing around the country for 15 years, we fell in love with Deer Valley for its legendary snow, its easy 45-minute access from Salt Lake City Airport, and its proximity to downtown Park City. Whether it is the dining, shopping, and entertainment of the town or the hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing of the Wasatch Back, we found this location to be truly spectacular in every season.
