Snowflower considers this a 'Premium' condo with mountain elegant furnishings. At almost 1300 square feet, this is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6-7. It is true ski-in, ski-out on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort. Located in the Snowflower Condominiums, our unit is in the highly desirable Building 2 on the 2nd floor which is private and quiet - tucked among the pine and aspen trees.

As you enter the condo, you'll be able to take-off your boots, coats, gloves, goggles, gear and store them in any one of the eight individual storage spaces in the custom storage area in the entryway. No need to hassle with mixing up your gear with someone else or trying to sort out your belongings before you head to the slopes.

The granite countertops and knotty alder luxury kitchen is large and fully furnished with double wide stainless refrigerator, Maytag double oven, Maytag convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has a convenient countertop and several spacious, swivel bar stools.

The large living room includes a private area for reading, recliner, recliner couch and large rocking chair, 55' flat screen HDTV, DVR, and a gas fireplace with views of the mountains from the large balcony.

Larger than most 2-bedroom units in Snowflower, the primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, large 40' HDTV, Blue Ray player, his & her armoires/dressers, a gas fireplace and views of the mountains and the pool and an ensuite full bath.

The second bedroom has one full-size extended length twin bed, one full-size extended length twin bed over a queen bed bunkbed, dressers, closet, 32' flat screen HDTV, and views of the mountains as well as views of the heated pool and the heated hot tub. Both bathrooms include dedicated heaters, cozy bath towels and hairdryers. The sofa in the sitting room next to the dining room converts into a full-size bed.

One parking spot in the underground garage is included with the reservation. There is elevator access, a private heated locker room to store ski/board equipment, an outdoor heated pool and a heated hot tub. Also included is use of a fitness center, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. You can even have the refrigerator stocked with items from your grocery list (additional charge applies) upon your arrival.
