  • Dit mooie Sun Spot condominium bevindt zich op Deer Valley Drive, direct aan de gratis buslijn die u binnen enkele minuten naar Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort of Main Street brengt. Het appartement is multi-level, gebouwd op de heuvel op het zuiden om te profiteren van de warmte en verlichting van de zon gedurende de dag.

    Dit appartement is ongeveer 2000 vierkante meter groot en beschikt over suites met drie slaapkamers - elk met een aangrenzende badkamer. Het is heel mooi ingericht met onlangs vernieuwde keuken en badkamers. Op het instapniveau is de derde slaapkamer, vervolgens een korte trap naar boven is de tweede slaapkamer. Een andere korte vlucht naar boven is de woonkamer, met de keuken en eetkamer met uitzicht op de woonkamer vanaf een half niveau hoger. Er is ook een damestoilet op dit niveau. De deur naar een groot dek bevindt zich op het niveau boven de keuken (geweldige plek om te genieten van de middagzon, met uitzicht op skipistes in zowel Deer Valley Resort als het Park City Mountain Resort), en het hoogste niveau is de master bedroom suite .

    Living Room: Ruime woonkamer met een zeer gezellige lederen sectionele bank en decor met bergaccent. De gloednieuwe stenen omhulde gashaard houdt de kamer lekker warm! Er is ook een klein bureau naast de open haard die perfect is als u wat werk gedaan wilt krijgen. 47-inch flatscreen-tv met een surround sound-systeem, dvd, cd, veel zitplaatsen.

    Keuken: onlangs gerenoveerd met granieten toonbanken, roestvrijstalen apparaten en hardhouten vloeren. Goed uitgerust om te koken. Prive-terras buiten.

    Eetkamer: zitplaatsen voor 6 aan de gloednieuwe eettafel.

    slaapkamers:
    Master - kingsize bed, flatscreen-tv, aangrenzende vernieuwde badkamer met grote travertin douche.
    Tweede - stapelbed met koningin op de bodem en twee op de top, ook een onderschuifbed onder het bed, dus deze kamer is geschikt voor 4 personen. TV, aangrenzende vernieuwde badkamer.
    Derde - Queen bed, flatscreen-tv, aangrenzende vernieuwde badkamer met grote travertin douche.

    Opmerking: Er is ook een nieuw gerenoveerd 1/2 bad gelegen op het keukenniveau.

Location was perfect - minutes from the mountain and downtown Park City. Condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Realty company was very easy to work with.

Great place! Very convenient to town and also skiing. We took the shuttle to DV each day and walked to town for dinner each night. Would definitely return!

Updated unit, great hot tub, lots of sun, but the best part is the parking…lots of room for one car and you can make two work. Garage door opener would be nice!

Great stay!

Stayed with family of 5. Very comfortable. Clean and with all the things we needed! We even got to see a Bobcat out the back door one morning!

Best location, could use new mattresses

Overall, the description that this is the best location is absolutely true. We skied Deer Valley every day and the 3-minute shuttle to and from was wonderful. Also a 2-minute bus to park city downtown was incredibly convenient. Overall, the place was great for our family but a few things could have been improved: 1. The temperature control is incredibly difficult, it was either too hot or too cold.2. All of the mattresses need updating, especially the primary bedroom. It sinks in massively in the middle.3. The property management group was not proactive in giving us check in instructions and could have been more responsive overall (however I will say we had groceries delivered before we got there by the Grocery Girls — HIGHLY RECOMMEND — and they did let them in to unload everything which was greatly appreciated) Overall, would recommend and would stay again (if new mattresses!)

The balconies were awesome! It got tiring going up and down stairs continuously but the condo was nice! Only complaint would be that the kitchen was not well stocked. There were no napkins, silver foil, baggies or anything for leftovers.Other than that ... a great stay!

Amazing Trip

This was a great place to stay and very close to downtown Park City. We walked everywhere and were able to meet our friends to ski easily. I will absolutely consider staying here again.

Good location

Place worked out great. Location was perfect and all bedrooms having their own bath was nice. Only thing left to desire was the lack of hot tub and walking up 5 flights of stairs after a long day of skiing.

Deer valley Vaca

We love coming to ski at Deer Valley. The property was nice and kitchen stocked for cooking. I do think that the cleaning crew did not give their best effort before our arrival.

Great location

We have stayed at a few properties in Deer Valley and this was definitely the easiest location...the garage has easy access and it large ..the place was very convenient as well ..:Instructions and check in and check out process was easy..:we would stay here again!

Great place overall, but issues with climate control

We enjoyed our stay here. It's spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. It's just a few steps away from the shuttle that takes you to the ski resorts and to town. We did have two issues. One is climate control. Because the unit has four floors, the heat rises to the top floor. It would be extremely hot in that bedroom at night, and quite cold in the bottom-floor bedroom. This was challenging for our group. Second is that the unit was not adequately stocked with toilet paper and tissue for the number of people in our party and the length of our stay. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Nice condo halfway between Deer Valley Snow Park and Park City Main Street

Nice and comfortable 3 bedroom condo split on 4 levels. Lots of stairs, so be aware. Bottom most room stayed cool, while master bedroom at top level needed window open almost continuously to keep comfortable, however doing so made the temperature comfortable enough. Well appointed kitchen, comfy couch in living room with gas fireplace. Second bedroom now has bunk bed with double bed below and single on top, for my girls less ideal than two twins as both ended up sharing the double bed. Only negative really was a lack of adequate floor mats to clean boots before entering and inside the house so keeping floors clean was an issue. We ultimately left our shoes on the second floor landing which worked out ok, but better mats would definitely be a plus. All in all, enjoyed our stay.
