We had a great stay over Christmas at this condo. Very spacious. Extensive kitchen supplies for cooking and preparing meals. Host was very helpful when we had an issue with the gas fireplace and immediately sent someone to fix. Hot tub was well taken care of with a service provided halfway through our stay. Minor concerns that would not affect us rebooking included a dryer that did not work (no heating element), well-worn carpets that had some staining, and some areas that could use a little more cleaning attention. Overall we had a good stay, all bedrooms and beds were comfortable, unit was stocked with enough paper towels and toilet paper for the length of stay, and hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive.

What a great place to stay!! Location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery/ski rentals/lifts. Can also catch the free bus. Very close to Park City downtown. The condo was cozy and nice and the beds were perfect. We had everything we needed and management was great! Very easy and clean. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Location

We’ve been coming to Park City for years now, as a family, and this condo had the very best location we’ve had yet! Out the front door, less than 100 yds, is a (free) bus stop that runs straight to downtown or the mountain. It’s also right across the main drag from a grocery store, so we did small runs there throughout the week. Fantastic!

Perfect!

Close to everything, easy walk to shuttle, clean and beautiful! We will definitely book here again! If you come to ski we brought our ski boots but decided to rent instead of checking our ski's on the plane. Cole's Sports was an easy walk and had high performance ski's to rent. The shuttle took us to Park City ski area and to Deer Valley. It is easy to use. Perfect place and location!

This property is in an excellent location! The space and layout is fantastic. Loved having a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Decor and carpet could be updated, but not a major concern during our stay.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the house description states "Ski in Ski out access." This home is NOT "Ski in ski out." The home is very clean, very comfortable. The private hot tub was great the outdoor pool and hot tub were great BUT the fact that ski in/ski out was our first priority for booking was a HUGE game changer for us.

Nice place with everything you need

Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen well stocked with utensils lots of cookware coffee filters etc. It was also nice the cleaners left a lot spices, baggies, foil, plastic wrap etc etc that you always end up needing to buy. Only small negative is the primary bedroom is at the end of the 2nd floor and was rather cold in order to keep rest of house not too hot. Difficult to balance heat evenly but we just had extra blankets. Heated floors throughout most of house really nice too. Would stay again.

Great Condo

This Condo was convenient to the super market (across the street) Main street (0.9 miles walk), Park City lift (5 Min schlepping), Shuttles to all locations mentioned. This 3 bedroom condo had good sleeping arrangements and also good amenities for kitchen like spices, Foil, plastic wrap and all the utensils and dishes and pans! Also Sheets and blankets and pillows!The hot tub was a huge hit after skiing as well.We would stay again and recommend this Condo.

This condo has everything you need for a great stay, is located very close to grocery store, bus stop, ski rental shop! The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. The property manager very quickly responded also. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice for a big group.

Great location and stay!

We loved our stay in PC! Our family made a last minute decision to get out of the heat and found this gem. The location was great, quiet little neighborhood with a pool and patio that opens right up to the golf course. The location is by the tee box so I didn’t have to worry about little kids playing outside and getting hit by stray golf balls. We rented bikes from ColeSport (in the same parking lot as this condo) and rode those all over PC. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. I do recommend searching for things to do/activities and restaurants before hand because they do not provide a ‘local guide or activity guide’ that some vrbos come with. I luckily am a planner so this worked out, but we wouldn’t have known about the bike rental unless we explored the property. The only complaint was on the 3rd floor, it can get a bit warm/stuffy and the fan provided wasn’t safe with little kids. Recommend to open the windows at night which helps a bit to get airflow. I’m sure in the winter, this wouldn’t be a problem! Thanks again for a terrific stay! Would recommend.
