Close Encounters

The house is gorgeous but I want to call out a few things if you are going with a group of 8 or more. The pull-out couch is in a hallway and when it is open, blocks the ability for the people in one of the bedrooms to leave their bedroom and go upstairs. The main living area is very tight and the couch only seats 5 people comfortably. If you are seated at the table the chairs will hit the couch unless you pull the table out sideways. The barstools also impede the walkway so we removed them completely from the bar. This is a well-equipped home and perfect for smaller parties. IMO 6-8 people would fit comfortably. We loved playing pool and watching movies in the theatre.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

It's just simply a great house. It is very large for Park City, with plenty of room. All high-end features throughout and lovely art. It's just down the public stairs from main street. If you're looking for a house in Park City and this is within your budget, don't look further.

Beautiful home. Was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Very clean. We had a wonderful time here. Everything is less than a 5 minute walk which made our experience incredible.

A perfect family Thanksgiving!

This home is clean and gorgeous -- well stocked with all the kitchen items you need for a feast (which we did as we traveled from CA to Utah to all meet in Park City for Thanksgiving. Everything is tastefully decorated with original art and beds, linens etc were very comfortable too. The location of the property is super convenient to walk into town which was also awesome. Bo the host was communicative and very accommodating. A couple things we didn't anticipate which weren't a problem, but just a heads up to other guests to note: We were unable to safely to pull our Suburban into the garage fully without fear of scratching the SUV or possibly the homes garage door so we parked on the driveway instead. Also, for our seniors on the trip, the many levels and stairs both inside the home and outside to walk into town were challenging, but manageable. We highly recommend this home and are thankful to have had such a wonderful Thanksgiving all together at such a special place. :)

Great house!

Great house with a great location. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown. Many trips previously to Park City where we've stayed nearer to the ski resorts, but wanted to checkout the downtown area this trip. Glad we did! Bo was a great help! Thank you.

Perfect Park City Getaway

Great property in the perfect location for a Park City summer trip. Convenient, clean, great space for a larger group/family. Can’t recommend enough. Our host was helpful and had clear, frequent communication with us. Would totally stay here again!

Great location / beautiful home!

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the lay out of the space with two families. It was a great location in the middle of town. Bo was a great Property Manager that addressed a ton of questions before arriving. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Amazing Park City House

This place was truly amazing from the beautiful interior , top of the line kitchen appliances , pool table and media room. Wish we could have stayed longer. The close proximity to everything was a huge plus too. Thanks Bo we hope to come back next year!!

Cozy Comfort in the heart of Park City

My family and I had the best time staying at this property. We came to ski and board (coincidentally an epic weekend for snow) and this home delivered on every marketed aspect. 10/10 would recommend if you want to be cozy in the heart of Park City, just off Main Street and a few blocks from Town Lift. Amazing! Thank you, Bo, for being an outstanding host and for making sure we had a great stay. See you next time.

Lovely home and location

Fantastic home in a wonderful location. The artwork was a compliment to the home. Although definitely a five star home in terms of amenities and comfort, the different levels to the home and the resulting stairs may be a detriment to some. Our family enjoyed the property immensely.

Great family ski vacation house.

The house is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. It’s in a quiet part of PArk City, just a few minutes walk to Main St filled with stores and eateries. The house sleeps 10 and the DR table is actually designed for ten unlike other places. A big hit for kids and adults was the pool table and movie room. Five stars!

Location, location, location.

Beautiful home just steps away from Main Street. The house was the perfect size for our group. It was clean and fully stocked with clean towels and extra sheets. The media room was the perfect place to gather for Super Bowl 2022.
