Take in spectacular sunrise, sunset and nighttime sit down views of Old Town as well as Park City and Deer Valley ski runs. Abode at Old Town Overlook can accommodate up to 15 guests with five bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The open space living area at Old Town Overlook is perfect to relax after an adventurous day, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the stone fireplace surrounded by cozy sofas. Cook a delicious meal in the large gourmet kitchen with two professional Sub-Zero refrigerators and Viking appliances and enjoy your morning coffee at the luxurious breakfast bar while admiring the stunning mountain views from the big windows. Head over to the media room to gather together and watch movies or challenge your friends in the games room with Xbox One system and a pool table.

This spacious home features five bedrooms making it perfect for multiple families or large groups. Two king suites with amazing views and walk-in closet, the master has deck access and the other one comes with a balcony. The third room features a queen, a trundle bed and a twin bunk bed, another queen room on the first floor and the fifth room comes with a queen, a set of bunk beds, a sleeper sofa and outdoor access.

After a long day on the mountain, soak your muscles in the new outdoor Jacuzzi with a perfect view of Park City ski runs and main street.
Nestled on one of the best locations in all of Park City, only 2 minutes to town, local shops, world class restaurants and Olympic slopes. Park City Stay

This VRBO was a great option for a larger group to get together in Park city! Views from the home were amazing, especially during the snowstorm! Upon arrival we were greeted by the property management team, who were exceptional and truly helpful throughout the process. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in the Park city area for a non-ski in and ski out home. The location of this home to Main Street was perfect for afternoon adventures into the city!

Fall Get Away

We were in town for a family wedding and this property had everything we needed. When we arrived the housekeeper was actually in the driveway and she apparently had come in to turn on a fall scene screensaver on tv as well as to spray ( too much ) air freshener. She walked right past many dead flies and moths on floor as well as some dirt on the floor. The grill did not light but I was able to go down the block to my sisters home to grill. The home is wonderful and Abode does respond quickly. Main fireplace wasn’t working which was disappointing.

Vacation at Abode at Old Town Overlook

This is a very nice house and great for a big group of people or extended family. The property management company is very responsive and helpful for the most part(more explained in a second). The views are spectacular from here and its a short walk down the mountain into town if you choose to do that. We had our little ones with us and it was very close to one of the parks in town. There is ton's of wild life if that is your thing as well(wild turkey's, deer, chipmunks, moose, birds, potguts, and even saw a weasel!). The only two negatives(and very slight negatives), were the tv's were extremely difficult to work and we had to keep asking the property management company to help us with those. Eventually we figured how to work them, but a Nasa scientists could not figure out this set up on most of the tv's. I actually felt bad for tech guys from the property management company. Second thing, the house probably needed to have someone come spray for bugs(again nitpicking and maybe just given the size of the house this happens in the summer everywhere). But there was a quite a few bugs in the bathroom. If not for these two things, i would say this house is 5/5 and the experience with the management company is 5/5. Really great stay!

Best overlook view

Our family recently stayed at the beautiful home on Aerie. The view is fantastic, overlooking Old Town. Proximity to town is so close. The house is decorated beautifully. Kitchen has every appliance and accessory you might possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Lots of televisions. The neighborhood is a great place to walk. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing mountain home

Amazing views, high-end home, close to town and the ski resorts. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Highly recommend this property and will be staying there again in the future.

Amazing Find!

We are so thankful we found this property! We ended up traveling domestically last minute and what a gem we found. It was the perfect house for us! We were 2 families (11 people total) and there was plenty of room for all. The house is so well-stocked and beautifully appointed. We didn't even go out to eat as it was such a pleasure to just stay in. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful home- attention to detail needed

We loved our time at Aerie although there were a couple of issues with the property. The hot tub was dirty and not working when we got there, we missed 2 days of 4 in the hot tub. The thermostat was not working downstairs, luckily we had batteries, otherwise it would have been a cold night. We asked Cooper mgt to fix the sink and replace the lightbulbs in the bathroom upstairs, they came but didn’t replace them or fix the sink. No towels in the master bath. Towels downstairs were wet in the dryer and smelly. We washed them again. The driveway down by the garage opening was super icy and sometimes difficult to back our car out of the garage. The house is beautiful and comfortable, I think more attention to detail would be helpful. We stayed there 2 years ago and didn’t experience any of these issues. Thanks!

Our stay was amazing.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our group of 12 first time skiers. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The distance from Park City mountain lodge was about 7 min every morning which was perfect for us. The view was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!!!!! January 8th- The Dixon’s from Texas

Home is a complete package

This home is well laid out, has everything you should need during your stay, and the views are awesome. Cooper’s management team was easy to work with and made checking in a breeze. We would definitely rent here again. Great for our family of 10. We loved the huge kitchen that opens to great room and fireplace. Our family cooked together every evening and so enjoyed the fireplace too.

Perfect. Above and beyond our expectations!

We thought the listing was too good to be true, but when we arrived the house was EVEN better than we hoped! The house is stocked with anything you could want, ample space to hang and relax. The kitchen has everything you could need. Location was perfect - able to enjoy our view but still be just a short drive away from Main St. In addition, the property management company was extremely accommodating and very easy to reach. I really hope to come back! This house made our trip!

Stay was lovely. Location is perfect to downtown and skiing. Large home with plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Couple of negatives, the two refrigerators are not marked where one is a freezer. Lost a bunch of food on the first day because it froze. Also, pool cues were all without tips except for one. Had to all share it. Basement toilet was broken and had a rope temporarily installed to flush it. Said the parts were being ordered after I called, but should have been informed/fixed prior to our stay. Overall a good stay, new management company just needs to tweak a few things.

Best View In Park City

Great home with breadth taking views of Park City and the ski area. Sparking city lights at night and fantastic Mountain View’s in the day time. Large home with something for everyone...pool table,spa,media room and gaming room. Plenty of fireplaces and just minutes from Main Street, Park City. A few minutes to Deer Valley ski area and minutes to Park City ski area. Functional kitchen with great valley views. The house manager, Harry, is very nice and accommodating. Our family of six adults and four children were very comfortable and happy with our stay.
