IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It's located in a very quiet golf community which is safe and close to great hiking and downtown Park City. Beau and the other folks who helped us made the trip very welcoming and friendly. I'd absolutely recommend the property and we will be returning.

Super convenient and serene location
Easy mountain access via a short walk w/ elevator to the Silver Star lift. This place was very comfortable, well furnished, and located in a beautiful setting. Staylux team was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect home!
This home was one of our very favorite vacation rentals of which we have ever stayed! It was very clean and one of the best stocked that we have experienced! It was quiet and serene. Even though it has no AC, we did not mind as you can open the windows and hear the babbling steam right outside which made it cool enough for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfect location
Couldnt ask for a better location. Walking distance to a chair lift that had minimal lines all day. We were able to get on the mountain faster than 99% of all other skiers.

Great location and beautiful property
We traveled there for a soccer tournament, and it happened to be in the perfect area where we could get to all the fields within 15 minutes and there was a grocery store right down the road. Super convenient! Everything that was listed on the listing was correct! No complaints

Excellent Experience
I loved the experience for our stay. The atmosphere was amazing, I loved the venue, the 4 levels were fun to explore. I enjoyed the Golf course, and I was close to everything I needed.
Beau was awesome, he called and checked up just enough to let me know he was a resource without being obnoxious, and made the experience great.
My only reason for 4 star cleanliness, tons of cob webs around all backdoor entrances, and the inhouse we had to vacuum the carpet multiple times to keep dog hair off of our socks.
But 5 start experience, heather was amazing. Great experience.

Fantastic property will outstanding amenities
Your property is outstanding! The setting, condition, cleanliness, layout... everything was 10/10! Of note, the kitchen was professionally appointed. I appreciate that you had all the little things for comfort and cooking: olive oil, coffee filters, salt/pepper/spices, etc. At many stays, we need to purchase these items (of which very little is used), but your kitchen had everything but the food. A real differentiator. Also, the hot tub worked! I'm surprised how many times the hot tub is either shut off or won't get warm enough to enjoy. I would love to stay here again next year with our family. I think 'shoulder week' is a great time to visit PC when its quiet...

Perfect for our family
Really great spot. "Whispering Waters" isn't a gimmick as it is right next to a stream and from the hot tub, if you don't turn on the jets, you can hear the babbling brook as you relax and watch the ducks cavorting in the pond. Nice perk. Overall very good experience, very attentive service. Checked in on us (text) multiple times. It is an older condo with some older furniture and fixtures, but well updated. Bathrooms, showers, were all clean and up to date. Range and stove and fridge are top notch. Kitchen had everything we needed; cooked almost every night; well-appointed for a ski condo. Otherwise it is maybe a 5 min walk to the Silver Star lift. Very easy and great if you have people wanting to leave at multiple times to ski. Nordic center is right around the corner and had great cross country skiing too which we tried. Market & state store basically right down the street. Very easy to pop across and pick up needed items. Overall great time, great condo, great location, great service, no complaints, just not built last year, if that is what you are looking for. Would most definitely rent again.
