Glorious Views Red Pine Ski Condo at Park City Resort - Canyons Village

Why choose Red Pine??? Red Pine Condominiums is a large complex with approximately 24 buildings nestled below the Canyons Village area of Park City Ski Resort. It’s just three miles to the Park City side and Old Town Main Street. Four miles to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Less than an hour to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain resorts. Red Pine offers large common green areas, lots of pine trees, plentiful parking and glorious views! Take the free Canyons Village Connect on-demand shuttle service or jump on the free High Valley Transit fixed route shuttle that drives through the complex every 15 minutes during ski season and avoid the hassle of parking at the resort.

Why choose our place??? We take pride in our cozy, non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath plus loft unit and like to stay there as often as possible. The kitchen and bath feature granite counters, hickory cabinets and the condo has been refreshed with new carpet throughout.

Our condo accommodates a maximum of six people with an extra-firm king bed upstairs and a plush king bed downstairs. The loft has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer combo in the condo, smart TV with Roku in living room. TVs in each bedroom, games, videos, books, kid toys/stuff, BBQ, gas fireplace, plentiful off street parking area just outside the condo, a clubhouse with two pools (1 heated in winter), sauna, two hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes and sand volleyball.

Lounge on the deck and enjoy a great view of the mountain including the Red Pine Gondola and new Sunrise Gondola. The gas fireplace in the living room keeps it toasty. NOTE: There is no A/C which is typical of these condos. However, we have a ceiling fan and several portable fans for the rare hot summer days. A washer/dryer is in the condo and there is a laundry room in the clubhouse.

A gas grill stands ready on the deck, which overlooks our spectacular view of the ski runs. Flat screen televisions with cable in each bedroom and stereo with surround sound in the family room.

It’s located within walking distance to the Cabriolet (parking lot gondola) or catch the free shuttle from Red Pine to any of Park City’s ski resorts. The free shuttle will also take you all around Park City for easy shopping, dining and entertainment.

Our condo is close to the free High Valley city bus/shuttle stop, on the 105 free fixed route shuttle to/from the village, walking distance to ski lifts. Canyons Village Connect (on demand via app) is another free transport option available from the condo during season.

The Red Pine clubhouse is located across the street and has two swimming pools (1 heated in winter), a kiddie pool, two hot tubs (1 inside/1 outdoors), sauna, BBQs, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, horseshoes and coin laundry.

Incredible mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, free outdoor summer concerts, golf, alpine slide, coaster, zip lines, adventure courses, bobsledding-on-wheels, cross-country skiing, ice skating and visiting the Utah Olympic Park to see athletes in action are just some of the many things to do while staying in Park City.
