Perfect place

This place was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room, extra blankets and towels, literally anything you might need. Place was clean and so cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect for families.

Great Family Staycation

Place was great and in a good location for what we were wanting to do. Some may want to be closer to downtown or on a ski resort if skiing but we spent most of our time shopping and hanging out. Kitchen definitely could be more equipped. It needs wash cloths and some standard cooking utensils. We ended up making pancakes with a potato masher because there was no wire wisp. Measuring cups would have been nice as well along with some other kitchen basics. Hot tub was clean and great to have. The downstairs room was great for all the kids to pile in and spend time in. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet and Reasonably Comfortable

This is in a great location. The townhome is close to everything: shopping, restaurants, activities and easy freeway access. It is very spacious and easily fits 10-11 people. However, be prepared to bring or buy your own condiments, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Also, there is no AC. There are ceiling fans and box fans to use. It does cool down at night so it is comfortable. It would be nice to have the remote replaced to be able to use the ceiling fan in the living area off the kitchen. Definitely more of a cool weather rental. I would rent it again.

Communication was frustrating.

Trying to get ahold of the property managers is a joke. We had a ceiling fan, tv and hot tub not working properly. Took them 8 hours to show up and tell me the ceiling fan remote is missing. Never heard anything on the hot tub before checking out and I called Directv and fixed the tv myslef. Also the condo needs a/c. It was miserable to sleep.

Bear Hollow

The master bedroom listing shows a King bed, but it is not. It is a queen. The second bedroom queen is worn and has no support. The twin beds were fine. But the sofa pullout has an unacceptable mattress. No way this property accommodates the 11 persons it claims. The air-conditioning did not work for the entire stay. House temperatures were well into the 80s by mid afternoon. Fortunately, Park City is cool at night so we survived with open windows. Television remotes were missing batteries. Clubhouse pool and private hot tub were nice. We enjoyed those. I would have given the property a much better rating if not for the mis-representation in the ad.
