This two-level Park City vacation rental features a welcoming main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and living area, and a convenient half bath. Guests enjoy a seamless arrival through our Direct to Condo check-in process, which requires a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This is a non-smoking property, and while pets are not permitted for nightly stays, the owner may consider allowing one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the summer and fall seasons—with prior approval. Housekeeping services are not included during your stay but can be arranged in advance through our Guest Services Office for a fee.
