Unlimited access to exciting outdoor experiences, local markets, and seasonal festivities are at your fingertips.
The Space:
After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo situated on the expansive Park City Golf Course.
Upon entrance to the condo, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Relax on the leather sofa and lounge seating in the living room with high lofted ceilings, as you marvel at the natural light from the tall glass windows throughout this space.
Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The indoor gas fireplace will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones.
The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space. You will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal for the family. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating in the kitchen for up to 4. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the intimate dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time in Park City.
A bbq grill is available during your stay in the private outdoor patio, the perfect space for the master griller of the group to show off their exquisite grilling skills. The outdoor patio boasts scenic views of the Park City Golf Course, as well as the Park City Mountain Base Resort across the street! During winter, grab your ski gear and cross the road to the nearest lifts, ready to take on world-class ski runs.
Recharge for the night in the master bedroom, on the main floor, that features a lovely king-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Additional guests can make their way to the upper level of the condo. The second bedroom, features two comfortable twin-size beds, each with its own twin-size trundle, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely view of the ski resort across the street. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet area, with a slanted ceiling perfect for your kiddos to share. There is a full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay.

Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, and the community pool. You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage.

Incredible access to mountain biking and hiking trails is right out the front door! Whether you are coming in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or here in the summer for mountain biking and hiking, this is an excellent location to come explore the mighty Wasatch!
This condo truly is the perfect starting point for experiences in mountain and outdoor adventures -- world-class ski resorts, stunning hiking trails, as well as the expansive Park City Golf Course, await your arrival. Main Street Historic District is a short 11-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Moutain Resort base across the street from the condo, unlimited adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Snowflower bus stop directly across the street from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Fantastic place
The location could not be better. It’s a two minute walk to the first time lift, which then gives you access to the entire mountain. The location of this unit in particular is probably one of the best of the entire complex. It’s a two minute walk to the heated pool and hot tub also.the house has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. The beds are nice and it would sleep 6 very comfortably and 8 if needed. The only thing I would add is better window treatments to make the rooms darker. Otherwise it was perfect!

Park City Family Ski
Location was amazing, right across the street from park city lifts. Also, 49 ft from the bus stop to Deer Valley. Couldn't be more convenient. Walking distance to a few restaurants and food supplies, 5 min drive to Silver Star Sports rentals.
The accommodations had everything we needed. Gas Fireplace used all the time. Didn't use it much but the TV and internet were all you'd expect.
My brother (69) said it was a perfect place to stay and he's been to park city area skiing probably 10 times over the years. Perfect for our family group of 5 men: 1 boarder and 4 skiiers ages 29, 33, 35, 66 and 69, male. Really liked the setup at both doors for skis and boots to keep wet salty stuff out of the main living areas and hang up skis helmets, boots.... Close to lots of restaurants and downtown. We only ate breakfast at the condo and had drinks/snacks around the fireplace, but the kitchen was well equiped if we wanted to cook, with a very nice gas set of burners, coffee and capaccino maker, toaster, ... Well stocked kitchen. Parking underneath was conveniet (1 space+ guest pass we didn't need). Everything worked well. Maybe the best rental i've had, overall and appropriate for our group who skiied all four days available. We skiied 3 days park city/canyons and 1 day split up deer valley and snow basin. Highly recommend.

Great place for Dogs
Great Location and View of PC Mtn. Check in process was easy and parking was a great bonus. Great place if you bring your dog as lots of grass and walking areas. Place could use a deep clean when it comes to carpet and floors. Master bathroom shower drain backed up a little. Easy fixes to make a 5 star place. Not a ton of common area if you have a ton of people but the point of PC is to be outside.

Lovely condo close to skiing
This is our second time staying here with our family of 7. It is so conveniently close to skiing and the space accommodates our family well! We also enjoy using the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes. Connie responds quickly when we’ve had any issues or questions about the property. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location!!!
This spot was almost ski in and out! The condo was cute and clean and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily too! Close to town for fun shopping and restaurants as well. The manager was above and beyond helpful with anything we needed. We would love to stay there again!

This is a great choice!
Our family of 5 had a great stay here for 5 nights, the condo is spacious and well equipped. It was nice that there was a selection of spices, coffee, pancake mix, syrup, etc. left by other guests to use during our stay. Plenty of space for far more than our family of 5, really excellent location so close to beginner slopes and even if not beginners like we are, beginner lift leads to others that will take you to more advanced slopes. We walked to/from slopes over several days and even my 8 year old had no trouble navigating the walk with her skis. It was so great to know that after a long day there was only a short walk to our condo, no bus necessary! Unit was clean and fireplace was warm, we used it to warm up as often as we could! Nice big bottles of toiletries in baths also and all necessities provided.

Great property close to the slopes!
Lovely property. Great location for skiing. Kitchen was well appointed. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Our family of 7 people fit well. Fireplace was cozy after skiing. And we walked down to the clubhouse to enjoy the pool/hot tub (opens at 1:15 pm in the afternoon). There are locker rooms to change so you don’t have to run home wet & cold. Loved our time at this property and would highly recommend it. Connie the manager was available if needed and communicated well prior to our arrival. Thank you for sharing the property with us!

Great location for easy access to the mountain..
We stayed at this property second week of March. The location is super convenient to the mountain. With various ages, level of skier, it is great to be able to ski down, drop people off and continue on your day. Really easy to work with the owner and she helps out with everything. I would rent again and recommend for you and your group to do so as well!

Amazing stay in Park City!
We had a great stay in Park City! The condo was conveniently located a short walk from the main lifts, ticket office, and ski base. The condo was well equipped with all of our cooking needs, towels for the hot tub, shampoo, etc. it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The city bus stop is right outside the condo and easy to get to town for dinner and shopping. Connie was a great host and very responsive. The airline lost my ski boot bag and she leant me some ski gear to hold me over until they found it! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to PCMR (50 yard walk.. you can't get closer unless you are true ski in/out) and 2 lift rides to Canyons. Bus stop close. Great hot tub. The major con to this place is although it can sleep 10 it cannot "live" 10 people. Only 1 couch and 1 chair in living room. Great for large family(2 adults and up to 4 to 6 kids depending on age of children) or good for 4 adults maybe with 2 children. We were 6 guys and it felt a bit tight in living room. Host is great and set us up well.

Perfect Ski Condo
The description of the condo including amenities and location were right on! You couldn't get too much closer to the mountain with this condo with a short 5 minute walk to the lift! Easy walk to catch the bus (free) to Main Street for plenty of restaurants and night life. Picked a winner this year! Thank you Connie for a great stay.

Awesome Condo and Location
We had a wonderful stay in this condo and would return in a heartbeat! The beds were very comfortable (kids even said the bunkbeds were great), plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accoutrements. The property manager, Connie, was very helpful before, during and after our stay. The location is easy walking distance to the First Time lift. We returned every day for lunch and rest. I just don't have anything negative to comment about this unit!

The service from the manager was excellent -- 5 stars for that. The location wasn't exactly ski in or out, but was very close to the ticket booth and the First Time lift, so the heading is a bit deceptive.

Perfect Park City Ski-In Ski-Out Condo
Stayed an early season weekend in this unit recently. I've stayed in other Three Kings units in the past but the location of this unit is amazing. The Three Kings lift is just across the street and all it takes is a short walk out the front door until your are making turns. I would ski in the morning, pop back into the unit for lunch, and then head back to the mountain for the afternoon. The unit is furnished perfectly for a mountain getaway and is very comfortable.

Best place to stay in the Three Kings, by far!
My wife and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with a few friends to escape the Phoenix heat. We've stayed in lots of the Three Kings condos over the the last decade and this unit was by far the best. Remodeled, cozy and clearly well kept this place had plenty of space and all the fixings including washer/dryer, flat screen TV's in every room and pots and pans were new and nice. The kitchen even had a full gas range, never seen that in the Three Kings before. When you open up the sliding glass door to the back deck you are looking right at the First Time Chair lift and have an awesome view right up the mountain. It's literally the single closest Three Kings unit to to the resort. The First time, Three Kings and Eagle chairs are just steps off the back deck and there is a ticket office there too, super convenient come winter. I rode my bike off the deck every morning and jumped right on Jenny's Trail and headed up the mountain, the trail head is right there. The condo is so perfectly located you don't even need a car, all the resort activities and kids stuff are right there and close walking distance. Cole sport is about 200 yards across one of the golf course greens and the grocery store is just across the street from there. The bus goes past the condo and we could be on main street in minutes. We grilled on the deck the evening of the 4th of July and the Park City fireworks were being launched right in front of us. We literally had the best view of the fireworks from right there on the deck. Can't wait to come stay here again over the winter this time, this condo certainly makes for prefect ski in ski out condo given it's location. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is coming to Park City regardless of time of year, money well spent on this place.
