3 Bedroom Condo in Old Town- Steps from the Lifts!

This 3 bedroom/2 bath Silvertown Condominium is located just below Park City Mountain Resort on the mountain side of Park Avenue. Recently renovated and walking distance from Main Street with the free bus line just outside the complex.

The Master bedroom offers an ensuite bath, and a private patio deck. All bedrooms come furnished with new queen mattresses. There is also a leather sleeper sofa in the living area so you can sleep 8 comfortably. WIFI, fireplace, cable TV, hot tub, and laundry room.

Whether you are here for the skiing or the Sundance Film Festival our location is great for accessing all the fun and excitement Park City has to offer.

Nice centrally located condo

Great location near slopes and on free bus line to everything. Unit was equipped with basics for stay. I would rate it as very comfortable, but not luxurious. I marked communication with PM a 4 because his number was not printed on the reservation. I had to hunt to get his number.. overall a very nice stay.

Jeffrey was awesome! Quite responsive and flexible. Great location! Bus stop at the edge of the parking lot made it easy to get to the ski hill and Old Town, but walking is also an option.

Wonderful property in park city

This unit has everything you need and is walking distance to downtown and the grocery store. We really loved our stay and look forward to returning again. Jeff was incredibly helpful too and clearly takes good care of the property.

Great property with all the amenities you would need and more! Getting a screen door for the main balcony would be nice because you need to leave it open to cool the place in the evenings during the summer.

Great location for a ski vacation. Property has a bus stop out front, ski rental and grocery store nearby. You can walk to the lifts but it is a bit of a hike, especially in ski boots, but doable.

This is a very nice, clean property close to everything. The kitchen and family room were comfortable with a nice fireplace and a jacuzzi right outside the door. The bathrooms could use more counter space but that is minor compared to the good things about this property.

Very convient location

We stayed here for a skiing vacation and the location is super convenient for that. It's right by a bus stop so you can get to the Park City Mountain in just two stops. You can even walk to the resort from here in about 10-15 minutes (although it's uphill). The supermarket is within walking distance. Several buses will take you into old town. As for the condo, it was very clean. No problems with the internet service. The cable didn't seem to be in HD although we might have just had it tuned to the SD channels. I would have liked the beds and pillows to be a bit more comfortable. I think there was a plastic mattress protector under the sheets which didn't breath very well. The owner was very helpful before and during the trip. He was able to help us some travel logistics, provided info about the area, etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient & Comfortable...

Spent a relaxing Fall weekend here with friends... It was within walking distance to downtown Park City and everything it has to offer. There are also many great hiking trails within a short drive of the condo. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace in teh living room offered plenty of warmth and a great spot to share stories.

Great location! very nice and super convenient

Loved our fall getaway! The condo was nicely appointed. Super convenient to walk down to the restaurants on main street. One night it sprinkled so hopping on the free bus right out front was so convenient. We have rented many times over the years. It was nice that the kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were newly re-done, linens and bedrooms were new. We very much enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and really appreciated that the place came with wood. we would absolutely rent here again!

Easy walk to town or base of Park Mountain, and free bus service stop right in front of complex. Great remodel and very well maintained. Perfect for friends’ or family trip. Community hot tub is at base of this unit’s stairs - super convenient. Highly recommend this rental!
