She was very warm and friendly:)) Morning buffet was wholesome, great healthy options for food. Hotel does an incredible job employing challenged people, truly commendable work for humanity. 'This hotel is in a nice part of town on the North side of the river within easy walking distance to useful shops and cafes as well as the Aga Khan Palace. Spacious rooms (with extensive views, in my case on level 6) with balcony, air-con and kitchen made for a comfortable stay. The in-room dining offers freshly cooked and excellent food. 'We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. They were apologetic and moved us to another room, which was a upgrade and it was a suite. This room was very comfortable and all the amenities were...
