'We will stay again. There is a problem with the reservation between the hotel and hotels.com where the executive room was not secured according to reservation and I had to pay extra to move to executive rooms'

'Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay'

'Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10.'

'Hotel is OK, but I honestly thought that a big chain like Novotel would have people who speak English, unfortunately, nobody could speak English at the hotel.'

'Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back.'

'Great value!'
