'For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

'I don’t leave reviews, I stay places and move on because most places are just ok. This place was above and beyond, if it had a hot tub it would be unstoppable. Room- clean, shower- high pressure and hot. Breakfast was decent and the kitchenette was proper. 9/10'

'Everything was clean, however the bed still had hair in it from whoever stayed before us which makes me think the sheets were never changed. The cleaning staff also woke us up at 9 knocking on the door when checkout is at 11. The only thing we both disliked was the pillows.'

'Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants.'

'Very friendly lady's at the frontdesc during my check-in. Frida and Olivia gave me good advice to see some highlights in Dublin. As a suprise for me, the hotel served a free diner buffet, including free drinks, the food was very good. It was my first time in a Drury hotel, but for sure it will be not my last. This hotel is great, better then all the other hotels I stayed.'

'Very clean! Pillows were a little on the flat side and beds were pretty firm, but otherwise it was a great stay. Easy to access from the highway and it had several amenities close by.'

'I was pretty please of where the hotel was located, restaurants, retail shops. During the time of year of being there it was quiet stay. The room space was fine to us, yes the bathroom was small but the water pressure of the shower was excellent. Only issue we have about our stay was the breakfast menu, could stand for a better improvement.'

I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning.
