'All the team were friendly and helpful through my stay. The food was of a good standard, only comment would be don't cover the hash browns in a morning as it makes them soggy (only done on the Monday morning)'

My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. The hotel is much bigger than it looks: It toke several minutes to get to my room, and we had a great conversation on the way!

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos,
the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about,
and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
