'Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. '

'Beautiful property and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in Collingwood. The wine bar located in the hotel is very convenient and has great snacks and drinks when you want to unwind between activities.'

'I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved'
