The staff are the stars that make this hotel such a great place to stay. The hotel is extremely well maintained and gives a feeling of quality and style. Most of the à la carte speciality restaurants were very good with an extra nod to Satu which we ate in three times it was so good. One slight issue was that on occasion one or two of the restaurants were closed limiting the choice available. However the food is excellent. The weak link would be the “Italian” Vora Mar that does not give off the vibe of an Italian restaurant and the food is not up to the quality of the others. Special mentions to Blanca for her service around the pool, Cesar for his energy and making our nights at Satu very special, and Felix and Arturo at Flavours for keeping our coffees and wine glasses filled. Thanks. A great hotel and will be recommending to friends and family.
