'Friendly staff, great pool (must be Olympic size) and very quiet during mid-week. '

'We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous resort. The gardens and ponds are very pretty and they attract a huge variety of birds. We didn’t see the pair of hornbills that frequent the area, but we did see many other species of birds. The hosts are lovely. We are cyclists and my husband was dehydrated and feeling ill. Our host told me to call her even at night if he worsened. It was a great comfort. '

'Good value, the room was clean and has a couch as well as a bed, and the fridge works well. The terrace next to the river was a pleasant place to sit with my food in the evening '
