'Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating'

'Wonderful. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Its an isolated, lodge style place with full board included and they offer plenty of activities including wildlife safaris in nearby Bandipur park and a morning nature walk. '

'Stayed at the Serai Kabini for just one night but truly enjoyed every minute. Beautiful resort with fantastic, landscaped gardens. Joined both the afternoon as well as the early morning boat safari. As predicted by the ranger, the afternoon safari was fantastic with many elephant sightings. The early morning safari, even though it was beautiful on the river, was less successful in terms of seeing animals. I would recommend to join the afternoon (boat) safari for your best chance to see wild...

'Excellent food and stay at the resort. Beautiful location. Good roads. The entire Waynad is amazing - with an abundance of tropical vegetation. Very pricey - though.'
