« Overall very good has a few issues with the property, but these were out of the owners control. Other things to note is that the washing and drying machine are outside of your unit. They also charge you to clean your laundry. Parking will also get very crowded and you do not have reserved spots. Do not park somewhere else, you will get towed and that is a 300 fine. « It was a very nice condo and was just as the description stated. Parking was easy. Building is in a great midtown location. Just far enough from the oceans calling concert to travel back and forth. It’s also right at the bus stop. It was perfect for 3 mother/daughter pairs. Maybe it’s a personal preference but the beds should not have black/dark green sheets on them that do not match. Probably time to upgrade to white sheets that can be bleached. »

« This really is a fabulous Ocean City property. There were 3 in our party - my wife and I (who took the bedroom) and our 11 year old son who slept on the very comfortable sofa-bed. The apartment is very well maintained and cleaned, with modern appliances. The decor and furnishings are all are in good condition and very welcoming.
