'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel.
Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast.
Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld.

'Filthy. Hair all over and in shower when we walked into the room. Told the manager and he brought a maid in to clean. When they were done the shower looked the same. It was a dirty greasy ghetto hotel'

'No overnight parking on the hotel property, you have to park in a garage 2 blocks away. The property has low water pressure in the shower on the seventh floor.
We changed rooms to the third floor and got a little more water pressure in the shower but extremely low pressure in the bathroom sink. The rooms are dimly lit and the blinds didn’t work in both rooms we were in. We are not really morning people so we didn’t try the breakfast.'

'We like the vibe of the property. Something different from the standard marriot or holiday inn. Lots of charm and character. Nice neighborhood. Mostly clean, but. the bathtub could use new grout or a thorough cleaning around the tub. Bed was very comfortable. I would go back.'

'This stay was exceptional. It was such a unique experience and really cool location to have this hotel. Beautiful grounds that we were able to walk around and even a delicious steak dinner right at the hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even ordered the food for us when we checked in..

'You can tell it is an older hotel, but the location for a baseball game is excellent! Just 2 blocks from the hotel. This is our 2nd stay here in the last 3 years for a Bison game, and we will stay again I am sure! The property is kind of old, and not in the greatest part of town. But otherwise a good place to stay.'

'Even though it was close to the highway and airport it was quiet. Breakfast was an issue things kept running out plates and food and the staff moved at a slow pace almost dragging their feet, the floor in the food area and sitting was so sticky every single person walking on it I could hear their shoes sticking to the floor, never did I see someone walking around to clean the tables as they emptied. Housekeeping walked in without knocking first.'
