"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."

"I had a bedroom with a large two persons bed and a window. The room was more spacious that I anticipated, the bathroom.was very clean and so was the room. I know I will be coming back to this hotel when I'll be in London again, there was nothing amiss and the people working here were very nice when I checked in despite my poor English and my clumsiness. I highly recommend this place."

"Très bel hôtel ,le personnel est super que ce soit à l’accueil,le bar ,le personnel du petit déjeuner….cependant un seul bémol le frigo de la chambre 615 est à nettoyer…je m’en suis aperçue en partant…sinon pour le reste c’était impeccable,la vue sur les docks et sur o 2 est magnifique…..il est un peu excentré mais le calme était vraiment un plus! Nous avons été surclassés alors merci beaucoup….."
