« The hotel is lovely, but they have some challenges that affected my stay and my overall opinion of the property. We waited 45 minutes in line to check in due to a system shutdown. The toilet in our room cycled all night, keeping us up, and requiring a room change. The hotel then didn’t recognize our prepaid room and charged me again for the room nights, pulling the funds from my bank account and adding undue charges to my credit card. « We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! »

« Fell short of expectations for the price. Many things to like about this "boutique" hotel- the design, well-trained staff, restuarant overlooking bay, valet parking, location. However, many things NOT to like. While bayside (pool & restaurant) views are lovely, other side overlooks a busy, loud street. « This place was the best! The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions! Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Also, very clean heated pool!😎 »
