'Nette schone kamer, prima ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks de renovatie hebben we de gehele week een prima verblijf gehad. Absolute aanrader.'

Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back.'

'The room was massive, even bigger than the picture made us think. Great waterpressure in the shower and nice beds. The location is near several highways and it offers easy access to both the city as wel as Peggy's Cove. Nice pool and good breakfast as well. Only downside was that housekeeping on our floor was only at the end of the afternoon (around 4 pm) which can be a bit late when traveling with a young child.'

'An incredible hotel! The rooms are apartment worthy with full kitchen, living area with couch and TV plus computer work table! The bedroom with TV and separate room for dressing to a wonderful bathroom! The staff was top notch! There was even a blender in the kitchen and dishwasher! The breakfast was outstanding plus they had in the afternoon sweet treats and drinks! Well worth staying there!'

'This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. Great sunsets. Prices are reasonable. Pharmacy across the street and TBR across street (tavern) with great food and...

'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...
