'The place is very clean and staff are very friendly.'

'There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day.'

'Goed hotel op goede locatie. Service top, uitgebreid ontbijt.

'Staff were helpful well located quiet close to shilin markets'

'It was fantastic hotel with the comfort. we are glad that we started our journey in Taiwan with this hotel. Swimming pool and lounge is extra service that you can fully enjoy. Only, swimming pool can be used in restricted time zones. But overall, very nice hotel, if I go back, I will stay again in this hotel!'

'Very pleased. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room cleaned every day.'

'The initial building entrance isn't the most inviting, but don't let that fool you! The actual hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and matches the photos well.'
